Wow...Now I really like that...particularly on your car. It seems a little lac-luster for you but maybe if you put some white stripes on it that would make it stand out in a crowd. Hope it doesn't come in carbon fiber or Darrell will have one next week.

Hey Tom,
Do you have a personal email address for this guy that is selling the HID kits? I am not a member over at S197 forums. If so just shoot me a PM.
Thanks Scott

DARRELL!!!! I saw you in Nappanee today! You were driving (I assume) to the car show and I was doing a live radio broadcast a block west of 6/19 intersection. I looked down the road and was like "Wow...thats a sharp Mustang comming my way..nice center fogs"...then I saw your A pillar guages and I was like

I gave you a big thumbs up but i dont think you saw me...I assumed you were keeping your head on a swivel for Ammos...Not that you really know what i look like anyway...

Yep that was me and the wife. I was going to the Airport for the car show and air show. 105 cars and the classes were by years. I was in the 1990's and up class and got 1st place. I thought Tommie was there.. a blue with white stripe Mustang with a Shelby Kit, they came by and looked at my car and moved to sign in. They pick a different class to be in... Novelty class???? That included a dune buggy and a Custom car made on a Cougar classis, they loss but some how got the votes to be "Best of Show"?????? Completely stock with just s Shelby body kit.
They were giving free small plane rides to kids 12 and under. That kept 6 planes buzy all day long.

I PM'ed him over there, once I have it I'll get it to you. He's a real nice guy, the kit seems pretty cool and 99% plug and play.

I ordered the fog light bulbs and ballasts, as well as main head light bulbs and ballasts in the hi/lo version. That way all four lights match. The hi/lo uses a bulb that is activated magnetically for the hi/lo function. In the resting position, its the low beam. When you switch to high beam, it activates the magnet and pulls the bulb out slightly further into the housing for a stronger beam. Pretty cool stuff, plus the ballasts are super slim and easy to hide compared to other kits.

I asked for his email address and/or contact info and told him that you may be interested, I gave him your name and car info.

Here is a link to the website, you can get some info, etc. there until he gets back to me. I just remembered that he told me yesterday that he was going to be at FFW today and part of tomorrow.

Thanks for all the help Tom. I sent Ed an email this morning. I am going to try just the headlights for now. My problem is I have been running the Roush foglights since I put on the fascia. So to make everthing match I would need 3 sets of HID. And I am not sure what if any kit would fit the Roush set.

I think there is one, and only one way to pull that off - a set of 8 Weber downdrafts on a Cosworth V8 under the glass.
