MORRIS, Ill. - Police say a trailer loaded with 14 tons of double-stuffed Oreos has overturned, spilling the cookies still in their plastic sleeves into the median and roadway.
Illinois State Police Sgt. Brian Mahoney says the truck's driver was traveling from Chicago to Morris on Interstate 80 around 4 a.m. Monday when he fell asleep at the wheel and slammed into the median.
"The boxes came out of the trailer and boxes were ripped open," he said.
The crash about 50 miles southwest of Chicago remains under investigation.
Mahoney says no charges have been filed but both lanes of traffic remain closed while authorities remove the cookies.

Helloe All, Don't spend too much time on the PC anymore since I had to get a job outside the house. Plus since my office became my daughters bedroom last year staying on the PC with her in here isn't that fun. Time for a laptop I think.
Yes, STD has the best avatar. Cody, glad the move is working out. Larry, hope the newlyweds are doing great and dad has recovered. Scott, well what can I say, OLDINDIANDUDE just says it all. Tom a moderator hmmm, first the brenspeed poster child and now a tms moderator, gee can captial hill be far away. No, Milka Duno cannot drive, I see a wreck with EJ Viso in her near future. Hello to anyone I missed, what can I say i'm getting old.
When is that Columbus MCA show?

Holy Cow I survivired the weekend. Daughter got married and everything when semi-smooth. The Hall for the Dinner and Dance lost water (a pump) right before we get there (Took a 1 1/2 hours to fix) and 2 elder couples found out after they stuff their envelope in the gift box that they were at the wrong Wedding party.
Also found a local guy who took 90 to 95% of my dent out for $10 this morning after my 1st back to work midnight.

Oh John... I hate to admit I watched the original episodes.
Hey Darrell...I am glad the wedding went pretty much as planned. There will always be issues. That is just the way "LIFE" is these days. So go to the Stangstock 08 thread and tell us where this meet is.
And Tom...I have noticed that you have spent less time on site since you became a MOD than you did when you were just one of the guys. What's with that?

darrell- glad things went well!
scott- I've been very busy at work..... in fact as I type this, I'm sitting in Birmingham, Alabama at a Comfort Inn.
But, I've been spending more time moderating instead of posting when I am logged on, that's for sure.

Good morning everyone. I have been extremely busy these past two weeks. Once I am all done with my job change and have my CDL everything will be much better.
