So gonna be down that way this weekend. Do you all have any recommendations for shops that could take a look at my pinion angle and adjust it for me if necessary?

You'd hear em lol. It would be a tick-tick-tick that increased with RPM...

I do hear that... im not 100% sure its a leak because the engine already makes all kinds of sounds, but im about 75% sure its probably an exhaust leak. how do I fix it?

Pop the hood, have someone rev it so you can determine which bolt(s) are loose, tighten em up. That's why I'd never do headers. They're such a PITA to maintain!

this fixes any leak? that doesn't sound too bad. I thought id have to take it apart again and replace the gasket or tighten the collector nuts lol

just gotta find somebody to rev it for me now..

Can you hear it at idle? My old v6 was bad enough at idle. I knew exactly which bolt kept backing out. I'd have to tighten it every few months. The others loosened up too, but that one would loosen up quicker.

Get yourself some wedge-locking header bolts and say goodbye to header leaks.

Yup! I have them on my Trans Am. I kept getting tired of the leaks from the Hooker LT headers I have, when my old man told me about these. No more leaks after I installed them, and I got to take my "header" wrench out of the car lol.
