Are you serious Bob? Marker lights for all? What a Guy!

Hey... How's this fellas... We do a little drive Sunday and then come back to Paul's Mustang Palace and have our meeting? I'll do some burgers and we can have a few beers (non-Alc for Jeff of course).

I just can't do 3 days in a row. Gotta study... Plus my wife doesn't think I exsist anymore....

Yes, I've called almost all the gas stations in the phone book. No luck. Unfortunately for pump 93 we have to go to Texas.

We should rent a u-haul and buy some 50 gallon drums and some fuel stabilizer and haul a few hundred gallons back here. LOL

I think I'm gonna call the track and see what the fuel they have is and how much $$

Well its official I just pulled the trigger on a tri-ax from brenspeed. Should ship monday. I just can't stand the slop in the stock setup. I can move it from side to side and you cant tell if its in 1st or 5th. IMO it's a piece of poorly designed junk.

There has to be a way to get 93 in this area,

OKC has one shell station that does carry 93,

Got a message to Quick Trip, local Porsche club and local Vette club,

Will also contact a local gas distributor,

Any suggestions ?

How about Saturday the 31st. for tune check day ?

If not I will use the 7th. as a fall back,

Let me know if the 31st. is do able with the 7th. as your second choice,

I will make arrangements as soon as I hear from you guys.........

Groupset..

Are you planning to purchase a Ford handling kit and if so why did you decide on Ford ?

Did you look at any of the other kits ?

What parts are you wanting in a kit ?

Thanks

And if you get suspension parts with grease zerks what is the best grease to use ?

Bob the factory OEM parts are rubber soft compound thats why they suck. Good for NVH (noise vibration harshness) but bad for everything else. Aftermarket bushings are usually made from a polimer much stiffer than stock. You might check here for information I have used their stuff in the past with pretty good success.

Yes I was surprised how higher mine was as compared to yours and Paul's....Jeff's spoiler covers his...

But a suspension setup has always been the next area I get into,

To many parts and different systems out there with only a couple that have proven track time systems,

Ford and Steeda are two track tested systems with Eibach making most of Fords and Steedas parts...Steeda and Ford both have done the engineering work together,

There are several outfits that are running cars now and will soon have systems and parts available,

To me you need to take all the suspension pieces to a track and add, change, modify and etc....to see what works and what works together,

To many guys buying parts and they don't know what they need or what it will do...just to put on a 34MM front sway bar and a 22 MM rear bar doesn't make much sense to me,

Plus Kenny Brown is back and healthy and working on suspension parts.

SO are you in to see what that bling sled will do in the 1/4 mile? I'm sooooo excited to go and see what all the add ons have added in the HP department.
