Benji just told me that he was going to work on it at night. I am dropping mine off at 4pm because it is the only time I have to drop it off. You could drop yours off closer to 5 and be fine I'm sure.

Bob and Dave-
How did you guys install the h-pipe? Did you just jack up the front end, put jack stands under the a-arms and then crawl under and bolt it up? What do I need to do to get this thing installed?

I can come over to hang out. I decided to have the pipes welded in rather than clamped. I also didn't want to have to do the install on my back.

 

Why not do it at Woodward Park on 21st and Peoria? Pretty park and there are several places in it that would be good.

Just how loud is the new h-pipe? What's it like on the highway?

 

Just dropped my car off at BHF for the gears. SHould be ready by 9am tomorrow. I'm all smiles about that. I decided just to have Benji use Motorcraft full synthetic lube with friction modifier.

 

I told him we were all automotive lubrication experts and we would all have Royal Purple...well it is obvious that David and I will have the faster gears.

I would have had Royal Purple too but I wanted to get them done and I had NO time today or last night to go buy some. I asked him about it and he said as long as it has the friction modifier and it was synthetic they are all about the same.
