LOL. Actually... I really wanted to see how you did with the DRs tonight. Stupid record or not.
#4424
Yep I'm pretty dissapointed that they closed. Actually down right ****ed off! The weather may not be this good until fall. May try to go to the midnights if I can get a strait answer as to if they are running the clocks or not.
#4425
I'll slap the drag radials on in the morning so you guys can check them out. I need to get a few heat cycles into them anyway.
#4426
I may have to take my car in for warranty work. The transmission seems to not like 2nd gear anymore. It is grinding on the 1-2 shift above 5000 rpms. Also on the downshift if the revs are too high. Grind! I am contemplating changing the fluid to see if that helps. If I have to take it in I guess I'll take it over to hurley. I assume that I will have to swap back to the stock shifter. I wonder about the fluid because it dosen't do it when it's cold.

Man, no TNT again. That blows. What a waste. Oh well. I pick up my drag radials tomorrow when I go home to visit anyway so...They have been reconcreting stuff all week. I think they are trying to finish stuff for the Sooner Nationals so they aren't embarrased about it looking like crap. Too bad for us because the weather is perfect tonight.

Yep it really sucks! Can't even describe how mad I am.

Well Jarrod... How 's the new springs? But more importantly, how's the muffler bearings? Can you feel a differance? 5-6hp for $50 is a good mod if they work. Especailly for such an easy install. Give us the 411.
#4434
Holy crap is all I can say...I mean I love the Springs!! They make the car new to me all over again! I have to say the muffler bearings win out.... They say 5-6hp gain, but it felt more like 10-15hp... it really pulls through the RPMs faster and smoother. Needless to say I am very happy with them!! and for $50 you cant beat that...period. Thanks for all of your help guys.... I really do appreciate it. The invitation is always open... Paul David I expect a phone call when you are installing, fixing, blinging your cars. My help is always there when you need it.

No problem! Glad you like them. So, really the bearings made a decent differance? I was a bit skeptical, but sweet. I'll place an order.
#4436
If I had to compare it gain wise I would say it was identicle to the gain on the Steeda UDP install. Really they are worth it. Place your order, you wont be dissapointed

#4438
My brother just shot me an email saying I Left my phone at his house and you just tried to call haha well at least your call alerted him that I left it over there... thanks paul. Hey did you need something?
#4439
sucks that it will be awhile till you get to drive the car again, but rest assured that when you do drive it again it will be slightly faster with those bearings... I still cant believe they were $50 and didnt take very long to install. How long would you say we took to install them?
