Want your Stang in a parade?

If you are interested in having your Stang in a parade.....there will be one in Crystal River on Saturday Dec 2nd . Its the annual Christmas parade. We can meet up somewhere before the parade. The parade starts at 8pm. Let us know ASAP if you are interested, we need to know the number of cars.

Count me in!
It doesn't look like I've got anything planned for that weekend, but if anything changes I'll let you know.
I'm trying to get another new TMS member, Paul (Blown One), to come.
He's says he's interested, but may be in Sarasota. I'll keep you posted.
PM me the info you need from me.

What is the schedule of events for the day. Is this a car show prior to the 8pm start, or was that a misprint. Sunset 5:30pm. Just down the road a tad, very interested. thanks

I don't think there's a car show, but we could make it one.
The parade starts at 8:00PM, but the event organizers need everyone to start lining up at 12:00 Noon. While we're waiting, we could line up our cars and I can setup my tailgate tent. People walking around can checkout our cars and also checkout the various floats.
We'll see what number they give us in the parade line, but hopefully it will be somewhere in the middle of the pack.
The more the merrier so come and join us. DOOO IT!! DOOO IT NOW!!!!

yeah like JT said. We can make it a car show specially if we get enough people together. I am going to turn in the registration early next week.
The theme of the parade is "A story book Christmas" for anyone interested.
I am a local member of the Citrus County cruisers and usually cruise with them in the parade but last year they didnt even enter the parade so I took it upon myself to get things rolling but with a mustang twist LOL.

FLAstangx3
if your interested all I need is your name to put you down for a spot.
I figure we can all meet up prior and then go to the staging area.
NE 3rd ave. Crystal River
and again set up will begin at 12 noon

But I can't put anything in stone....Sorry!

Yo JT! Thanks for the call... I wish I could give a solid 100% answer!

I left a few spots open just in case we had some more people join in.

The Parade starts around 3:30 pm and they want us lined up and ready at 12pm. They will be viewing from both sides of the road.

Paul
hope you can meet up with us. I did call my local Ford dealership and they will put in a car or two in as well.

Sorry its been awhile been really busy around here for the holidays and all.
But to anyone that would like to be in the Parade we can set up a time say around 10:30am at the Wal-mart here in Homosassa on Saturday
the address is 3826 South Sunscoast Blvd. Homosassa.
Thats right on U.S. 19 in Citrus County
Let me know what you guys think.
The parade is due to start at 3:30 pm and they want all floats and vehicles to be in line at 12.
I kinda figured that meeting up around 10:30 would give us time for some pics and then head over to the staging area to get things set up.

AWESOME DAY!!!

Mustang's ruled the Parade. Some were even a tad naughty at times , Our TMS Gang were a highlite of the Parade, and w a y - o u t - f r o n t of those little bowties, way way back there too. May have been outnumbered but not out performed!!

Yes
A very excellent day. And very glad it stopped raining for it.
Once again it was great to hook up with some fellow TMSers and we even got a few recruits in.
Parade,
lots of people,
Mustangs,
Some modding on the side (FLAstangx3)
and of course some burnouts.
= GOOD TIMES.
cant wait to do it again

I was a great time.
I'm glad the rain went away because I was getting tired of wiping and wiping my car after every sprinkle.
I'll put some picture up soon.
