I am running out of time!

Lime got vetoed by the one with the better checkbook......But the v6 also got vetoed. I get a gt.

I am still waffling between black and redfire... :bang:

Dark Charcoal, White Stripe, and Manual are all I am firm on at this point. I am driving myself and everyone around me insane.

Before this is over I will need to book a room at Bryce.

Words I never want to hear again: So April, order your car yet? no.?
White stripe? Remember that the stripe on the rocker panel is not available on the GT...that's a V6 option. Unless of course you mean that you're going to get an aftermarket white stripe.

As for my Stang...Torch Red GT Premium Package, Manual, IUP, Dark Charcoal Interior.

You can get some dealers to install the stripe on the GTs, you just have to pay extra for it.

Next Stang:
5-speed
IUP
Shaker 1000
Still deciding on color, but leaning toward Sonic Blue for a coupe

First choice is an SE in early 06. If none are offered, I'll pick up an 05 GT Premium pkg vert next fall (preferably in yellow w/white interior - don't see that very often).

WHATTTTTTTTT!!!!

You HAVE to be kidding me! I gotta sacrifice the stripe(one of the things I have been looking forward to) for the extra two?????? Jeez, youd think If I build it they would do it like I want.

I also want the v6 wheels.
Argh. I may have to buy two mustangs- One for me and one for the man- And have no more shopping money. Maybe I will go get him the orange one because all the v6 things I Want don't come on the gt.

My Idea of a Perfect 2005 Mustang,

The Color would be Performance White w/ black rally stripes, Sequential Tail lights, Put twin turbo in the engine, Flowmaster exhaust, find a way to put a Edelbrock intake manifold, K&N Filters, MP3 Player, And a shaker 1000 system to top it all off.

The V6 wheels will not fit on a GT because of the size of the brakes. The reason that the only the V6 has the stripe is because according to the order guide. The V6 is targetted at "Image Seekers", and hence the people who buy the GT are more into the performance that being able to say "Look, I have a mustang", but it is vinyl so im sure a dealer could do it for you.

Satin Silver GT Deluxe with Shaker 500 up-grade, IUP, Dark Charcoal Interior etc. Dealer has all my info but says he can't actually put in the order & can't give me a time frame on when he will be able to. Has anyone actually order their cars? If so, I will be looking for a new dealer first thing tomorrow. I noticed that several people have mentioned on their list that they want the 05 concept hood. Is this possible? My dealer in poe dunk Tennessee really needs to check out this site as you all know far more than he does!!!!
Yes. A lot of our cars are already submitted to the factory. I'd look for another dealer if I were you because they can definitely order them and have been for quite some time now. [/b][/quote]
Well, I guess that's my fault for trying to stick to a local dealer. Thanks for the info. I guess I'll be planning a little road trip this weekend to find me another dealer & order my 05. If this guy has delayed my delivery time at all I think I'll loose my mind.

Trust me if they have those hoods on the concepts then the aftermarket companies definately will get the specs/molds for those and start producing them (since Ford is working with Roush pretty closely you might see it there first?).

Hi all. Figured this would be as good a place as any to start off.

My 2005 Mustang:

I was the first order at my dealer. Probably because there's no pricing yet. A plan means never having to haggle!
