my blue pony

While working the polls yesterday, recording into the pollbook, sitting between two challengers (one D and one R) my husband came in and handed me a note that had my dealers cell # on it. He then told me that my car is in and being unloaded and I needed to call the dealer. (Ha ha ha, we were so busy there was no way I could call...) Anyway, one of the challengers then told me I wasn't supposed to accept anything from anyone (and that was rather obnoxious) so I could only look at the number and write it over myself. I finally made the call, and am picking up the baby late this afternoon (4:00)

I've got my favorite cd ready for the one hour ride home from the dealer.

Sorry to post with no pictures yet; I'll put one up tomorrow on the only computer I know how to do pictures with. Just got home from the dealer with my car, and I have to say that it is just stunning! I mean it, stunning. The blue is the just beautiful. The color chip I've had on my bulletin board at work does absolutely nothing for describing this blue. It's like the sky on a nice sunny day. And as the light drops, so does the color. It seems to appear darker.. It rides nice, and sounds great. I love it, and probably won't sleep tonight! I gave in to the excitement and walked out of the dealer with a vanity plate (swore I'd never have one of those!) Anyway, I'm overwhelmed, as you all will be with yours! I may be the only one who didn't know this, but when you accelerate, the sound system turns up the volume, and when you decelerate, the volume goes down! How cool!
