As also mentioned in the 2 other threads you submitted,
If your battery is "OEM" Motorcraft and is over 3 years old and notice your radio is turning itself on and off, along with your lights flashing and active security system sounding the horn on and off? this usually means your battery is nearly completely discharged and requires replacement, in other words, you have a dead battery!

Maybe time to look at the SJB (secondary junction box) located behind the kick panel on the front passenger side. Look and see if it appears to have gotten wet (rust, staining, etc.)
The drains up on the cowl of the S197's could get clogged, causing the water to overflow and end up hitting the SJB. This controls a lot of the interior electricals.
It may or may not be the issue, but worth checking out. If it is in fact a damaged SJB, you may have to replace it.

If you're certain the battery is fully charged? start out by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for up to 2 min. Then reconnect, this will reset your vehicle's (KAM) keep alive memory. If that doesn't resolve your issue? then look into replacing your keyfob's battery if the keyfob doesn't turn off your security alarm. Also, press your door lock buttons inside the driver's side door manually to the unlock position. If that doesn't work? then I would recommend checking for possible blown fuses

Then I would recommend following Paris MKVI's advice by having your Secondary Junction Box looked at then, as I honestly can't figure out as to what else may be causing your electrical issues
