My Torch Red is going in to a body shop tomorrow for my 1969 Boss 302 tribute conversion. Right now I have a black chin and rear spoiler, but they will be painting the hood black (along with real hood pins and quicklifts), installing the C-stripe decal, and painting the area black between the rear lights. Oh, and some wider tires. I can't yet afford the Magnum 500 rims from Wheel Vintiques, but I might pick them up around Christmas.

I hope they do make a Boss! But I guess we'll have to wait and see for some real concrete information to be released or spyed :P

At a Vintage Grand Prix Race, Hau gave a speech. He mentioned the GT500 coming out, then he said something else which he can't talk about will follow.

I got him to sign my book and told him I was with TMS, he laughed and said; "Oh great, everything I said will be on the internet now."

 

That something else he can't talk about may be the CA Special.

Sheesh, I only asked cause the Mach/Boss them has been on silver and grey cars.

 

They are making Boss Shinoda in three different packages. The top breed will have 600 hp and I think that is from dual turbos, but not sure. Can't find the magazine right now. Shinoda is the man who developed Boss at Ford back in the 60's. His kids are actually running the business since his passing away for the after market Boss.

 

There are so many options for a special edition.

It would be great if the Boss made a comeback, it would be just as cool to see the mach1... it would be even better to see both.
