I need to interview someone who had one of the longest wait times between ordering and receiving your 2005 Mustang. Please reply with how long you waited and I'll contact you. I'd really prefer that it be a GT w/IUP owner.

2005 Mustang GT with IUP. Left deposit 11-26-04. Dealer called 4-5-05 to say it arrived. Picked up 4-16-05. Long wait but don't know if the longest..

Ordered 8/16/04, premium Vert GT with IUP auto.

As 4/1 was not scheduled so I talked to dealer about taking a stock 5-speed that was scheduled. he sadi OK.

Original car from last year still unscheduled.

The one i took is scheduled for next week production.

 

Ha! My wait was 6 months - 2 days (10/16/04 - 04/14/05). Beat you by over a month Mine is a V6, manual with IUP though.

 

Well if I put my order in too before the order banks opened LOL

I ordered 11/3/2004, they say it will be here in 3-4 weeks, but I'm not holding my breath. Sonic blue GT w/IUP.

 

GT IUP.....3 1/2 months

 

OK OK.. 4 1/2 mos is long but by no means the longest... I yield I yield LOL

 

I ordered mine 12/14/04; still don't have it...ETA is around 5/16, which would put it at over 5 months.

 

Wasn't there someone that put there order in late '03 and then didn't get it until October '04. Not sure that counts since the order banks were even open yet.

 

Ordered 11/11 picked up 4/14, Black Mustang GT 5spd, IUP

 

no money yet.....so i'll be waiting a while

Ordered mine way back on 7/23/04 and recieved it on 11/12/05. Mine is a GT Premium with IUP. It was a long wait but also was ordered before production started so not sure if this is what you were looking for.

PS Watched an show on cable last night about the design, build and unveil on the V10 Shelby Cobra. Were you there at the Detroit Autoshow? I looked in the crowd of press but didn't see you. It was unveiled with the Tungsten GT and Mustang GT.

You still have 7 months before you have to pay them!
