i have not been a fan of the scoops on our cars, they just arent functional, so i dont want one. i really cant think of anything that i would want to change on my car, unless there had been an option for the foose stallion hood from the factory.

My 05 Roush has the scoop and so far, no problems. Although Roush in Li, MI installed it. It did require a drill into the hood though. The reason I know is the Roush kits I sell for the Parts Dept. all had screws and brackets with them, as well as tape to use for guides.

I agree with many, that the scoops should indeed be functional.

I'm getting ready to order a 2008, should I skip the stipes from the factory and have them installed by a body shop?
