I thought about driving down to Richmond last night to see it, but couldn't get out of work early enough. If mine still isn't in by Saturday, I may have to make the trip. Still have my fingers crossed on mine coming in today or tomorrow, though. From what I gathered yesterday, Richmond Ford is the only dealership in the area (95 corridor from Petersburg to Fredericksburg) that has one so far. The others can't be far behind, right? I keep telling myself that.

Amy...yes, everybody is saying they are coming...using the Search Inventory feature on the Ford site shows Universal will have a GT and so will Sheehy...I've called both and they weren't there yesterday.
I hope yours shows up soon!! Take pics!!!!

My 2005 is finally shipping... the status showed up as shipped rail, including a railcar number and an expected arrival date of the 28th/29th.
I bought from Mike Cooke @ Premier Ford in Rocky Mount, I'd recommend them, they have been very excited to get this done!!!
Can't wait to post pictures, does anyone in NC have one yet???

Saw a Screaming Yellow GT at Hastings Ford in Greenville last weekend, it was sweet, didn't have a digital camera with me, only a disposable used on a trip, so should have pictures this week. Not a big fan of Yellow, but it looked awesome. It was pre-sold, up on blocks, couldn't see the inside real well.
I asked how much he was selling for, he said that one was for full MSRP... But most dealers were selling for MSRP + $3K according to him. :nono: I have one scheduled for delivery from Rocky Mount. Then he tried to get me to buy our company vehicles through them...
Nice guy, but the typical salesperson that gives the industry a bad name... did I mention that according to him it had the "6-speed transmission", and when I asked if it was manual or automatic, he said it was "both manual and automatic." Could be the reason for the increased price.
I'll post the pictures this week.

Picked up my GT last night, quite surprised when I got a call at 4PM that it arrived Monday instead of Friday!!! It is AMAZING!!! Everyone is correct that it's better in person, the exterior is awesome, and the interior is as good as it gets. The gauges, dash and backlights (I did find time to play with the MyColor while at stoplights) are quite impressive at night.
3 people drove up and started hawking it while they were attaching the temp tag. 2 people followed it in on the truck originally, the interest is impressive.
I'll post pics of mine and the yellow one on Friday when I'm back from the Lauderdale Boat Show (thus thefishguy), someone took our camera.
BTW, Premier Ford said they have been allocated additional units. Might be worth a call...
