That's not the production silver, and stripes won't be a factory option, at least in 2005.

Yes. Yes everyone knows what color this car is as it has been being discussed since january. Perusing the threads would have quickly revealed several topics of color, almost all of which would address the issue of what color this car is. Why don't I just tell you, you ask? Very well, that great looking and popular color is called "Titanium" no it will not be available for purchase on the 05' at launch. You're welcome.

Will Titanium be avaliable in time for the later convertible launch?

What color are the stripes?

Titanium will not be a 2005 color option at all. We have no word on any other model years. I'll see what I can find on the stripe color.

The car is dark silver and the stripes are light silver.

Since we won't be seeing this car on the road any time soon, it doesn't matter.

The Ford media site only calls it "a lighter shade of silver."

My take is if Ford doesn't put out the stripes for '05, aftermarket companies will. So if you like the stripes, I'm sure you'll fine many place that will have them in many different colors.

I will definitely be asking Ford about Titanium and the stripes on the 26! (reference "Any Questions")

Those stripes look painted on , probably the whole, car, was cleared after stripes were put on. Titanium was on some 90 and 91 GTs, very good color, had a 90GT with it.
