What Can I use to Play my iPod Through my Speakers and Charge it As Well?

I need something similar to the fm transmitters that lets my play my ipod though the aux jack and also charges the ipod for me as well. The problem is, I need something thats around 10-15 bucks. Anybody got any ideas?

Guys a company called Monster sells a plug called "IAIRPLAY".I bought mine at Target. They have a small section with IPOD accessories.I think it was around $20-$30 bucks but im not sure the exact price .Also available is another charger from them called "ICARCHARGER" I dont have that one but im sure that will work well also.It works great in my 08 GT. Good luck.CARL

Since you have an aux jack. A male to male cable from radio shack takes care of the music best.

No sense in messing with crappy FM transmitters when you have the aux jack.

And a cigarette lighter adaptor for charging the ipod through the console jack should be cheap.

Of course, my personal preferance is the PEI setup. Where you can charge the ipod, and control it from the head unit, automatically pause it when you turn off the car/ radio, etc. all while it is sitting in the glovebox. BUt it is about 100-150 bucks and a couple hours to install it.

the problem with that is it requires an FM transmitter as well, so the cost would still be around 50-60 bucks
