As of Friday, (4.22) my contact person in the VOPC office states that there are still 700 Mustangs that are being held for a "Quality Hold". My contact person can not tell me anymore than this, as she can only call the plant and get updates. Being a Dealer, I have the local Regional Office looking into this issue. Oh yes, my car has been built since March 22nd! I guess Im stuck waiting this out, watching other GTs arrive at my Dealership?

 

see now that u know ur car is built ur gonna see other GT's and be like I HATE U CUZ I WANT MINE. as much as im glad to see them im juuuust alittle arrogant cuz they most likely havent gone thru what we did and if they have then hats off to them. ur car will be here in no time. cars r coming earlier than expected. good luck and keep us posted

I guess maybe mine must be one of those 700 held for Quality checks. My car was built the week of 4 April, and it is sitting at the ramp awaiting transportation (as of 4/22).
