If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. Oh, just so the dealer who orders the car doesn't make a mistake, the paint code for Vista Blue is G9, not G5, as typed above. Just wanted to make sure you knew. Hate to see the wrong color car come in.

To answer your question, I think its still there, as they say the interior upgrade package is standard, and since the MyColor has been in the IUP option for the past 4 years, they probably didn't think announcing it was a priority. I'll know as soon as our 1st '09 comes in. If no one answers this post by Monday, I'll email Killol Bhuta, the brand manager, and ask him. I'll be back in touch. And one more think about the car, MUSTANGS GALORE (with 2 Super Snakes)!!!!

Hi Jeff
Thanks . I was looking at pakages and it mentions the 4 gauge instrument panel with the information center but no mention of the 6 gauge with information center and my way. I was at my ford dealer Saturday and they had no idea.
Thanks Al

Hi Jeff
I sent an e-mail to ford and they have no idea what I was talking about. My dealer called me today and said they received delivery today and will show me what they have available tomorrow.
They still don't have any information on my-way dash.
Thanks Al

Hey Al, I just got done work and on the way out, I saw a carrier was outback dropping off our 1st 2009 Mustang, a V6 Pony. I'll check for the MyColor dash in the early AM and post up tomorrow morning. It has the buttons, just gotta check. I'm 99.9% sure its there, as on the window label, the "Interior Upgrade Package" is standard, and MyColor is part of that package.

Hi Jeff
Just to let you know that I was at the dealer today and checked out a 2009 Mustang GT. No problem the my way system is considered as standard equipment. Thanks for the help.
I also ordered my 2009 Mustang C/S. Now it's just hurry up and wait.
Thanks Al

I had a feeling all the worring was for naught. Like my above post, since the IUP is standard, and the MyColor was standard with IUP, its still there. Congrats on your order and hope the wait isn't too long.

From all indicatons in regards to the new car, yes, the MyColor, will come to an end after 2009. Hope Ford comes out with something similiar but they did say its expensive to put in our cars as it is now.

I just looked at the most recent sheet and it says that final build is December 19th, and the final date for orders is 11/14! Don't know if this is correct, as its for fleet orders, but usually they run parallel with retail/stock orders. So if anyone wants to order a current-gen S-197, you better get on it.
