Got a license plate LED replacement bulb, and a trunk light one for my 05 GT coupe. The license plate one I had no problem installing - it took about 2 minutes and worked like a charm.
Trunk bulb was another story. Its easy enough to get the old bulb out and the new one in, but I have tried every which way as far as flipping the bulb around but I can't get it to light up. Is there a fuse or something I can check?

I had the same problem and the guys at HIDGuy.net told me to bend the connectors to make sure they mold themsleves around the end points of the bulb. I don't know if it would work because I have been too busy with things to spend the tiem laying in the trunk and carefully bending the tabs to make them mold.

Worth a try a guess... That's who I bought em from. But the trunk light was burned out to start with, so I wasn't sure which way the bulb went, and if it was a fuse issue. But ill let you know what I find.

Just maybe your trunk was open for over 15 Mins.? It might be **** off automatically if your trunk has been open for a while..

Ok, it's not bending the tabs or leaving the trunk open
