I moved to Las Vegas from Seattle in '05, and towed a closed (5' x 10' or something like that) trailer with my motorcycle, a TV, a futon, and a few other things. Hidden Hitch. Worked fine, even at 80 on cruise. I still have the hitch, just not that car.
It was kind of a pain to install, you have to snake the bolts into the inside of the frame rails from a hole a little farther forward. And it would be nearly impossible to get them back out when you take it off. But it worked for me.

Anyone else have any pros/cons?

I see absolutely nothing wrong with it in principle. Why the hell not? I mean that's what muscle cars are about. Every day practicality and pavement-ripping performance. You want a princess that never has to work? Get a MIATA.

Well, I snagged me a hidden hitch and a hitch-mount bike rack. Came in today, so I'm gonna attempt to install it tomorrow. Looking at the directions, the joy of confirming that I'd have to remove my mufflers hit, but at least now with my Stingers it won't be as much of a total-and-complete pain in the a$$ to do so.
I'll see if I have an opportunity to take pics of the job. If not, I'll just post a pic of my rear end. :P
