I was able to track my car thru Ford Customer Service at 800-392-3673. I know they're not always 100% accurate, but were in my case.

norcal,
You decided on a new Mustang and not a new Cam... Oh, that's right. Sorry
Are you taking heat like gto6664 and his Goats?
Welcome to the board and sub-14 second showroom stock cars.

You should be kidding because this number is not a dealer only number. Note the CUSTOMER SERVICE in the original thread.

The dealer number is a different story.

What James just said.
When it's as easy as going to Ford.com and clicking on Contact Us, the number is no big secret.
The dealer only number is different and I agree that should not be posted.
