Ordered mine today. Dealer gave me a good price (under MSRP). With down payment I estimated my payment right at $400 a month. ($21k for 5 yrs). I still live with my parents so I only have to make up the extra in insurance payment. That will be about $400 a year.

BTW anyone looking for a really clean 2000 Ford Ranger?

MISSOURI, ST> LOUIS

Now worth $269,000. Payments are $1,200 right now.
INterest rate at 4% on a 3 year arm.

St. Peters/St. Charles or Arnold/Imperial ?

Also, what Credit Union did you go to? I'm still trying to decide where to get financing from, Ford Credit, or otherwise.
Ponygirl, I was also wondering where you built where the property value has risen like that. I'm still renting in Maryland Heights (22 yr old w/ new job right out of college), and am looking to buy/build somewhere in the area.

Maverick... Aerospace Community Credit Union is giving me 4.25% for 5 years, I'll pay it off sooner than that though. [/b][/quote]
Thanks.
