Metroplex: Explain how you thinkthis problem could have been caused by the TSB listed in 06-9-9 please. There is no way. He was on the gas hard, let off, then got back on it. If there were any air bubbles around the pump, they would have been sucked up during the first hard acceleration. They would not wait around and get sucked up the second time.

I had the problem described in 06-9-9, and had it fixed. When I hit the gas after a long steady cruise it hesitated nearly instantly. It didn't wait for 3 or 4 seconds, then hesitate, or hesitate down the road a little way. It was dead the very first time I really hit the gas.

I'm on my second fuel pump too. It's not the problem.

IMO, the electronics in this car are way too sensitive to mods (ie. mods much too easily mess up the operation of the vehicle). Mine's in the shop right now, TB came in today, should be ready tomorrow. I hope that's the problem. (bad idle and stalling, not hesitation or lag)

I could see if the TB is bad, that could definitely have an impact on throttle performance.

Which is what I suggested in post #73.
