this cannot possibly make a difference. pumping the clutch pedal will not release any air in the system. if youve never changed your clutch, you have no air in the system. In order to bleed the clutch on these cars, you need a vacuum gun and a rubber stopper. you place the rubber stopper in the master brake cylinder and feed the hose from the vacuum gun through a small opening so it creates a seal. You then pump the vacuum gun to 20 inches of vacuum and hold it for a minute. you release the vacuum and reinstall the master brake cylinder cap. you then pump the clutch 10-15 times to build up pressure and repeat the process 2-4 more times or until you feel the pedal is back to the way it was the day you drove it home.

Doing what is stated above is only half of the procedure and will do absolutely nothing if not completed properly.
