I want to order a new GT.

If I get the dealer to agree to say $500 under sticker what will keep him from saying: "No, we want full price" when the car is delivered?

I live in Georgia, if that makes a difference.

Thanks

Check your local and state laws.

But a deposit and a signed buyers order (signed by both you and the dealership's GM or GSM) would be difficult to wiggle out of, I would think.

Read anything on the front or back of that order. There will be certain clauses allowing the dealer certain "outs" on the deal. You will likely not be able to argue them out of those.

Yeah, ok, I suppose that a signed order would be a contract. It's been a long time since I ordered a car. Thanks

Where are you located, and what dealer did you choose?

I ordered in August and have a few I could recommend, or shred to pieces depending on where you are.
