TCS Switched to OFF

In the older generations of Mustang there was a gadget you could buy to keep the TCS OFF when restarting the car. This gizmo would remember in the swith was OFF or ON when the car is turned off and would put it back the same way when re-starting the car instead of going to the default ON as it si now.

Does this exist for the 2005-2009 ?

I think you would have to buy a tuner to turn it off but it stays off until you turn it back on with the tuner. I would like to know if they make something like you are talking about also.

Yup, you need a flash device like Diablosport Predator or SCT XCal2 to turn TCS off. But really, it's a PITA, because you still get a stupid message on the message center that says TC is off, along with a beep. So you still have to hit reset to get rid of the message. If you're going to have to push a button no matter what, you might as well just push TC off and turn it off yourself, that way you can leave it on if you want.

Actually, I have my traction control turned off permanently with my DiabloSport Predator tuner. The traction control light is always lit up (on the tachometer side), but no error shows in the message center and no warning beeps, so it works great with nothing to do on my part except drive (sideways) all day long!
