My bride handed me a wrapped box this morning before I left for work. She told me "someone" would let me know when I could open it, and not to do so until then.

About an hour and a half after I got to work, the receptionst called me and asked me to come to the front desk.

A young lady was there. She said, "Hi, I'm Alicia, and I was told to let you know you can open your present now."

I go back to my office and open it. It contains an envelope. I bring that back to the front desk and open it there. It's a card containing a gift certificate from Pearly Finishes (pearlyfinishes.com). It provides a full detailing (inluding engine)!!

So as I type this, Alicia from Pearly Finishes is hard at work making the Pony look showroom beautiful!!

4½ hours later - my pony looks like it just rolled out of the showroom!

The exterior is gorgeous. The interior - well, I am almost afraid to get in. It is magnificent.

Alicia was a very pleasant, hardworking young lady. There won't be any photos of her; I did not have the camera at work. It was 40-45 degrees out, so her attire was a bit different than the detailer pictured above. Sorry Scott!

Pearly Finishes appears to be a franchise. Alicia has the local one, and knows what she is doing. Her first job in her teens was cleaning and prepping cars for a used car lot. You know some of the creature features that must have rolled into her bay then, and she made them look good. Now she has taken that skill, and a personality for detail, and is running her own business with it.

It was dark by the time I got home, so I will shoot in the morning. Pics in the A.M.
