Steering Wheel Horn Doesn't Work

My horn hasn't been working since the duration of owning as well as the high beams but the high beams were due to a blown fuse, the horn does however work when I use the remote to lock the car or the panic button and I have used the panic button as a horn to alert some A**hole, the steering wheel horn does not work, and in the past about a month or two ago I was driving and my horn started to beep randomly and so i assumed it was another car down the street behind me (on residential street) and then... *beep beep* and all of a sudden the most embarrassing experience happened, 10 AM my horn stayed on and had to pull over and hurry trying to struggle to disconnect the battery to give me time to research the fuse and pull it so I have 2 Problems:
- Steering wheel horn doesn't work
- Horn went off randomly in the past and fear of it returning
*****(HORN DOES WORK, JUST NOT STEERING WHEEL)*****
I've look at part diagrams and as always they have everything labeled then what I'm use to such as there is no "Interior" just body then interior trim, etc. Eventually could find the part but i may be wrong but if i replaced the coil spring, should it fix my problem? Doesn't it contain the horn plate or electrical harness

Update*** I am going to be going up to Rosamond (1 Hour and 45 Minute Drive) to get some parts off of a 05 Mustang, already have a good deal on a alternator, hoping she accepts the deal and if she does then I should be getting a clockspring, Horn, door check strap as the one on my passenger door is broken and missing, and some small interior pieces

good luck. I would think the problem is under the horn deal on the steering wheel. Side note. Is your horn oil running low?

take out the airbag.. then push the metal bracket down. see if the horn goes off.. if not then something is constricting it from touching or its something completely different.
I would start with that. Could also be that the airbag is not seated properly.
