I just got an email from Steeda that said their sport springs are available individually for $70 each. For anyone who is thinking of only lowering the rear of their '05, (me ) that will save you $120.

LOL
I really didn't think they'd sell them that way. I was actually just asking to kind of let them know there were people out there who only wanted the rear springs. It was my way of saying they were lowering the front end too much, IMO. Just trying to start trouble as usual, I guess.

Smart move on your part. When I ordered my springs, I was just gunna try the back first on a hunch. Didn't know I would end up keeping it that way til after I tried it.

So buy em that way and see if I care, btw, wanna buy some lowered front springs (cheap)?

Well hey, at least you get credit for coming up with the idea... and saving me some money. That's money I can put toward a new panhard bar.

That's good news! I also really only want to lower the rear, the front looks fine to me. New tires and wheels coming this week, see how it looks and go from there. Like stangnut says, not buying the fronts is money toward the panhard bar, which is needed when lowering the rear anyway.

Here are pics of mine with just the rears on. Ride height before was 29 1/2 rear and 28 1/4 front. After its just over 28 all the way around. The gap on the front is a little larger than the front so Im still going to put the fronts on.

The rear really dropped 1 1/2"? I thought only the Eibachs dropped that much.
I'm going to take my chances and see if it's something I can live with. If not I can always go back and buy the fronts. It'll only be $20 more that way.

Just measured again after about a week and a half of driving and the rear was just under 28 1/4 and the front was just under 28 1/2. You can see that it sits a little higher in the front, looks like its sqwating down ready to launch. Ill be putting the fronts on tomorrow, so Ill let you all know how it goes.

Thanks, Brady. Personally, I like the way it's sitting in the last picture.
I wonder why the front dropped an inch though.

The wheels are Stern ST-1s in hyper black, 19x8.5 with 45 mm offset. 255/40/19 tires. Got them from wheelandtirepackage.com. Free overnight shipping from AZ to CA. $2000.00 for the package. There is a couple other sites that have them for about the same price, but couldn't pass up the free overnight.
