The reason I ask is my father emigrated from Switzerland back in the 1960's and he put one of the stickers on his first car (1968 Firebird) and all his cars after. When I bought my first car (2007 Mustang), he gave me a CH sticker, which I put on my bumper, a kind of tribute to continue the tradition. It looks like they don't use it in Switzerland anymore?
Good question

I use one for my Audi A6, but don't want to use it on my Stang.

I think it's just needed if you get outside Switzerland, x-border to Germany, France, Austria or Italy.

But to date I never had any problems without the sticker.

Greetings from a German/Canadian in Switzerland.

Gotcha. This was a kit for the stereo, cupholders and the doors. I bought it somewhere in the US online for USD 150 or so.
