I have a Steeda one piece 3.5" aluminum drive shaft in my 2011 GT and it did make a noticeable difference. It quieted down most of the clunking and feels like it spins up faster, but that could just be my imagination.

Hope the Shaftmasters shaft works out well for you.
I had a DSS for about 2 years and it chewed up its rear CV joint.
Had them fix it (which they did for free after a bunch of back-and-forth emails), and I sold it the same day I got it back.
Been running a factory shaft off a '12 Roush Stage 1 ever since.
(mine has a clunk in the rear half so I won't use it anymore unless it's to put it back on the car if I trade it in to a dealer, hahaha)

It's in! Runs like a champ. No driveline vibration and noticeably less driveline lash.

Not a fan of these Allen bolts on the diff end of the driveshaft, but other than that I'm pleased with this mod.

I purchased one of these last year at this time. It's still sitting in a box in my garage, which is par for the course for me in terms of getting around to installing parts on my 06!

Glad you are happy with the performance of this--it seems like a quality piece.
