Saw a new Premium Interior Trim Car Today

Was at Van Boxtel Ford in Green Bay today and they had 5 GT's on the lot. 2 Torch Red, one black, one alloy and a black GT/CS.

The GT/CS was nice, but doesn't thrill me. The Alloy GT was really nice, especially with the Parchment Premium Trim Interior. The leather is really a step up, but one thing I found unsettling was it looked like the leather dash had an air bubble in the crease where the drivers side cowl starts to rise up. A smaller bubble was also present on the passenger side. It almost reminded me of a car with a vinyl top (remember those) that had rust underneath it. I would be concerned about the leather delaminating from the dash and really looking crappy.

Has anyone else noticed this on a PITP car?

Is it possible to swap the 07 leather dash into an 05 car?

Mine is smooth as a baby's bottom. I LOVE the leather dash, armrests & console lid; it makes the interior feel more luxurious than my 05's did.
