RPMoutlet.com
As a contrast to this experience, thought I'd share mine with American Muscle.
Ordered the Tokico D-Specs, quick and free shipping in the original box.
Put them on and come to find out no adjuster tool (though a Torx screwdiver would substitute okay).
Emailed American Muscle the next day, not even a mention of my order number, address, etc, just email address, asking about what they could do. They mailed one out USPS Priority the next day, email apologized for the inconvenience. Got it the day before my track day! And their price couldn't be beat!

I should note that the SLP catted X-pipe I bought would have been $510 from the manufacturer or about $460 through most 3rd party vendors. I only went with RPM Outlet as their price was just $340 ($362 total after shipping). Even paying for the O2 extensions locally ($50 out of my pocket), that's still only $412 total, so in the grand scheme of things I got a great price. But, I got lousy service and a huge headache! Not worth the aggrevation ever again!
