I had a horrible experienc with RMP!!! I ordered gears they sent the wrong ones to me, I did the email return that they ask, I didn't hear from them for 3 days, I called the salesmen says I don't handle "stuff like that" please hold, it took me roughly 15 calls to get returns. The told me to call back in 10 minutes while they straightened it out. 5 more calls and the got me an RA number and told me once they recieved the gear they would ship it back over night for the mix up...NOT. I called when I seen why it didn't ship over night they denied it and said the salesmen who told me no longer worked there. Well long story short the shipped the same exact gear I sent to them right back to me,,, kicker no sorry no discount nothing, they only told me that they would fix it and get me the correct gear... over a month to get my 3.73 never will I order from them again.

If anyone reads this and the other stuff posted about RPM and gets hosed they deserve every bit of what they're likely going to get coming to them.

RPM Outlet is well known as the *worst* place to buy Mustang parts due to horrifying service and distasteful practices.

A company is only as good as it's customer service and poor comunications is NOT customer service.

I always try to call or email a company I am going to order from. If they don't get back to me in what I beleive is a resonable time they do not get my business.

Ditto. I bought Flowmasters before from them and I had great service from them. When I bought the Motoblue pullies, the experience wasn't what you would call great at all. So I got the Motoblue pullies, opened the box,and noticed one of the bolts was not there.(the long one with a white sticker wrapped around it).So I called them and said I was missing a bolt. So they said they would send me the one I was missing. Well I got a small package in the mail and guess what? They sent me a bolt I already had. Well I kept the pullies but I never got the right bolt. Maybe I can find it at a auto parts store somewhere.

Good idea on that. I will have to try that if I go out of my "good" places to buy from.
