Factory Ford tunes??

Factory Ford tunes??
Has anyone ever taken thier car to the Ford dealership to get the factory Tune's that they can flash to your cars computer? Are these as good as SCT custom Tune's? They said they will flash my computer with a tune for around $50. Anyones experience with this or opinion?

The dealership I bought my GT/CS from is Ford Racing and Saleen certified. The accessory department said they can tune it to gain more MPG. Just wondering if these tune's are actually worth it.
