rattle- both sides

I have a rattle in what seems to be both the driver door and passenger door when goining over bumpy surfaces. I know the car isn't perfect when it comes to rattles but it seems to be in the exact same place on both sides. Any opinions/suggestions?

Same problem...easy fix. It is the small plastic panel behind the inside door handle, on both sides of the car. Tap it with your finger and you will feel it move. Pop them off, and put a small piece of double sided foam tape on it, and pop it back in.

Cheers.

Or you can use a small piece of invisible tape and put it somewhere on the outside of the small panel and the area where it is framed (where it isn't obvious)...will make it a lot easier to remove that small panel in the event you ever have to have your door pulled apart for some future repair.
