Pypes catted x pipe

Today I installed the pypes catted x at the auto skills center on base. I will need to go to an exhaust shop to have them weld in the cats and make minor adjustments. I may have an exhaust leak. The fitment of this thing also leaves something to be desired. Now the sound. At idle and cruising speeds it sounds good. On the hwy it's a bit raspy. Yes, I know it's an x-pipe. It reminds me of my O/R Prochamber and magnapacks set-up. O/R prochamber and any straight through axleback will be raspy. Of course it may be an exhaust leak.

I had a muffler/exhaust shop fix the X-pipe and weld in the cats. Much improved sound; it's not that raspy anymore. I guess the best way to describe the sound is muscle with a little exotic thrown in.
