Problem with passenger window?

I knew this would happen. Ford just had to put in one extra little electronic component that would break.

Anyway, has anyone else had a problem with their windows where the window doesn't pop closed when you close the door? Also when you want to have the window go down automatically, it won't and you need to hold the button manually?

If so, should I make a trip to yon Ford Dealer?

It just lost its program. All you have to do, is hold the passenger switch on the drivers door to raise the window and let it close. Once its closed, continue to hold it for a few more seconds. That is how you reprogram it. Then the window should drop, and rise when you open and close the door. The directions are also in the manual. Hope this helps.
