"Pre Order" Future SVT

Hey all,
Other than the people driving 2004 SVT's with 1st dibs, I want to be sure I get "on the list". I have seen some posts stating that we should be throwing our hats in the ring already, and I am sure things are going to really heat up after NY next month.
This is a loaded question, but I am looking for any advice on a reputable dealer (the dealership, or actual salesperson) who will realistically take appropriate measures to get me a spot in line.
The closer to Metropolitan Cleveland area the better.

I live in Bay Village (The border of Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties) about 20 miles West of downtown, and I wok in Chagrin Falls (About 25 miles East of downtown), so I have a wide range of dealers to potentially choose from, I just want to make sure I hook up with someone who isn't just blowing sunshine.
