Oh, you probably don't have teenage drivers on your policy that hit things all the time.
I try very hard not to have an accident that is my fault!!

I was a teenage driver when I got into that accident!

Status is 2 of the rims are scratched and have a couple of small dents.
Everything is still up in the air since this lady is dragging things out by denying everything.

I am trying to get Geico to pay for a new set. They told me I had to wait till I talk to the adjuster. I told them this is a show car and it needs to be perfect and I will do whatever it take to get it that way, including taking who ever I have to take to court.

I didn't go down to the police station yesterday to sign the tickets against her today. I will be going in the morning, but what I did do is go out and buy a better camera, which I will be sneeking up to her van again and take better pics.

This is just too much.

Update:

Went to the police station, signed tickets against her for: Leaving the scene of an accident, Hit and Run, failure to produce licence, regestraion and insurance.

I went out and bought a better camera and snuck up to her place around 6:30 am this morning and took 3 great shots. I can't up load them for some reason though. I will be willing to email to someone to see if you all can post the pics, I sent those pics to Geico as well.

I am waiting for a call back from Geico inspector to see about my rims. They estimated the damage at just below 4g's.

More to come.

No problem. I hope this works.

You got really close this time. And I'm sure she appreciates you posting her lisence plate online! lol, serves her right. just so i dont get in trouble, im blanking one of the digits.

I’ve blurred out enough to protect myself. Im sure torrence will let people what the last digit is if they want it. And jeeze, she did some damage! I had to reformat the pictures a little to make them fit.

Paint chips can be sent to a lab and matched to a car. Toss her the sent them in and got positive results line and see if she doesn`t crack.

re:

I don't think she needs to be cracked at all. The evidence is all there. Her saying she did it would keep it out of court though.

Too late. This woman has driven me past the point of aggravation. I was trying to be nice and keep it out of court, but when she told the cops and her insurance co. that I was lying and that she had nothing to do with it was the last straw.

She is going to go down in flames with gasoline draws on. Oh well.

Update: The aggrivation continues.

Just spoke to Geico and they said that their adjust look at the ladies car and found no evidence of my Satin Silver paint on her car. So now we are going the route of the measurments of the damage.

I told them you mean to tell me that there is not a single spec of silver paint on her car! Thank GOD I took pics of mine with her paint on my car. I told them in the above pics that I took and sent to them that you can clearly see paint transfer from my car to hers.

I am so aggrivated I think I am going to sell this car to my brother and just get a new MACH when it comes out.

It's like they want me to handle this all by myself. The dude told me to keep working with Geico. That's ok, since I am going to get rid of the car and them after this.

I dont know why Geico is involving you in this. The onus is on your insurance company to sort this out and get Geico to pay for your car. That's what you pay 'em for.
By the way, did you fnd any of the orange lense pieces by your car? Did she leave any such evidence with your car?

I have to agree, you pay your insurance co. to represent you. "They" fix your car, and then "they" go after the recovery of monies. Not you! It sounds as if your insurance is trying to avoid dealing with this. Make them deal with this, that why you pay them. Don't stand for this crap.
