I'm leaving at 4:30 today to go pick up my new Mustang GT. It's finally at the dealer, they have it all cleaned up and striped, and I'm ready to roll.

Mine is on a railcar in Blue Island, Illinois..... and should be to the dealer by Friday!!!!

The garage is cleaned out and waiting!

 

I'm back and the Mustang is in the garage. The Sport Trac is getting an attitude about being evicted though. I'll see if I can get some pics soon. It's a Vista Blue Coupe Gt with a white V-6 stripe. The sales manager said people had been looking at it all day; it was parked right up front and they loved the GT Appearance Package.

I think I'll have a nanner myself.

 

David mine sat in the railyard in Jacksonville, FL for a week. I wish you better luck than that.

I'll post some pics soon. It's Vista Blue with white rocker stripes. Basically it's a GT with the V-6 stripe - I got tons of complements on it at work today.

I'll have to say she's absolutely beautiful. Would it be too obvious to name her Sally?

Congrats! Hope to see your pics soon. I'm hoping to pick up my vert tomorrow, if I can confirm it's reached the dealer.

ERL said it had arrived at the ramp last Thursday, but then said it was on the rails again over the weekend (!), but then this morning said it had arrived at the ramp again - as of 8/20 (Sunday). My salesman is off Mon-Tue, so it may be there; will find out tomorrow.
