Thumbs down

Well, I picked up my DORA from the dealer yesterday. Everything is as specified on the order and they tell me it is clean and unscheduled.

There is a 6 digit number next to the dealer's name, Under that is a body code and a begin order#
Below that is a special order# which is blank.
After the VIN#, there is a 6 digit code.

So question is, what do I need to follow up on my order with the robot lady? I have the mysterious number, but do I have everything I need on this form or did they white some stuff out before they copied it?

If you have the DORA you have everything you need. Dealer Code, Order Number, Body Type (say "tee eight two", not "tee eightytwo").

No need to call for many weeks. Now you get to sit in the waiting room with the rest of us

Congrats on placing your order. Be patient.

Is it possible to have a VIN # and still be clean & unscheduled? I thought we were all waiting for build dates & VIN #'s.

That's only a partial VIN. The dealer code is 5 digits not 6. If your dealer code has a letter in it drop the letter when calling. The dealer code is all numeric.
Use the "T" body code and Begin Order number for your order number.

Good luck.
