Option seeking already
B) Remembers the 68 Cougar secquential tail lights? ... Using the 05 OEM tail light lens.
Contacted the vendor and received this reply:
"At this time, we are looking at options for the '05, and sequential tail lights are one of the items we are considering. Please check back in a couple of months after we have additional information from Ford and can hopefully be a little more specific.
Thank you again for your interest and patience."

I think around $90
And darn well worth the cash
I bought mine off 'webelectric'
WebElectric Products
Easy install if you don't mind using a couple quick splices and changing a flasher unit

Along the lines of personalizing the '05, I want to do something right off the bat (if the parts are available) that I wish I'd done to my '96: Export tail lights with the amber turn indicators

If you look closely at the form, you can shell out a bit more cash to make the sequential action only go for the turn signal, and not for braking. Though I think it looks pretty cool, and hope there isn't too much difference with bulbs etc. so I can do this soon on my 05.
