one-off custom notepad

I going to make a one-off custom notepad of my 2005 mustang gt, It will be a spiral notepad with the spiral on the side, I have attached a sample of my concept please comment or suggest your ideas.

well i run a printing press so thats whre it will be done i will take pics of the real verison when its done
