Anyone having issues with a small oil leak coming from the front of the car. I am talking small but nerve racking none the less. I put the car up on the ramps to check it out but all I could find is oil on a wire that comes from the front drivers side of the motor between the altinator and the oil pan. It does not look like its coming from the pan though.
Just curious. I have it scheduled to go in next week and since I don't drive it daily it not an emergency.

 

The oil filter's on the driver's side , could it be leaking onto the wire ? Also the oil sender is there too ...

 

If the oil is above the filter and running down, it's most likely the oil sender switch.
