If I'm not mistaken I think the shot of Steve is when during the chase he over shoots a turn & does the reverse burnout with lots of axle hop, real cool. B)

lol you're all complaining about scrolling, try using the lil bar on the right to scroll up and down... left mouse click and hold with a lil up and down wrist motion... oh wait a minute oh heck, what did I just say.
