And add chrome doorhandles, redone mirrors(like the roush stage two proposal), chrome taillight surrounds with a stainless rear panel, stainless window frame trim, ' F O R D " on the hood edge, chrome inserts in the hockey sticks, body color headlight buckets with trim or enhanced "gills" and chrome rings around the headlights-foglights, replica chrome 500's with red center caps, a ducktail and quarter window louvers, redline or "wide O oval" repro sidewalls, rolled exhaust tips through the rear valance with chrome trim, and a corral and bars. Add vertical pleat seats and a cue-ball ivory shift ****. Only do it in classic colors like the dark green, bright red, or metallic brown and use saddle(from the T-bird SE) color leather interior color package. Maybe some light ivory C-stripes or something too.

They had a P51 Mustang there...that used to have 'merlin' engines.

I think the mustang represented freedom and a good time .I like the sound of the P51 but its a war machine and thats probably why they never used it in the first place .This is why probably why the California high country special came out ...the freedom of romping in the country side in your stang.So I think the name should be something like that ...mabe a mustang miami special or some thing along that line ...what do you think??

Or maybe the mustang rice eater..... the mustang hoover edition that comes equipped with the cooling fans from the old 5.0's (man can you hear those coming)..... The mustang quarter horse package (drag pack car) ....... the 4 horseman package with arn anderson painted on the hood.....
