My nice ride home interupted by a 2010 Camaro!! IDIOT!!
I love it when I get challenged by someone, especially ricers. They come up next to me reving the engine, giving hand signals, obviously wanting to race.......I love getting my badge out and slowly rolling down my tinted wondow, showing it to them. The looks on their faces is priceless. I have to look quick though, because they hit their brakes so dang fast I don't get to see their expressions for long.
One day that Camaro person will realize he is driving a passenger car,not a race car. There have been many stupid accidents that have made the news where someone died who wasn't involved in the race at all.
If the challenge was that important he could have made an appointment at the local drag strip.

Here's an example why not to race on the streets. This happened in my hometown yesterday.
I really hope the little 4 year old makes it.

The other day I was driving in my GT vert with my son in the car and the top down. I was stopped at a light and heard a car revving its engine behind me. I looked in the rear view mirror and saw a 350Z convertible behind me. The light changed and the moron driving it decides to try to pass me on the right, on the shoulder. It's a good thing I was paying attention because I had to brake to let him pass and if I hadn't seen him he would have hit me. He then stops at the next light (the lights in this part of my town are sequenced so that after the first one turns green the next one turns red when you get there). At this point I am a couple of cars behind him and he starts waiving at me. My son, who is 11, asked me what that was about, and I said the guy wants to race.
The light changed and I just let the idiot take off. Don't need to be setting bad examples for the kid, but frankly I probably wouldn't have raced the guy anyway. I have no need to prove myself to some jack*ss.
