We're rolling forward and I had the Shaker blasting and can see this guy out of my peripheral vision looking at the car - and I think "oh great - another bozo" - so I glance over and this blond guy is turned in his seat full face out the window smiling like a nut giving me the hawaiian thumb and pinkie hang loose sign thingie..... so they catch up at the next light and I turn the music down and this guy is like "Bro that car is SMOKIN!!!!" and just going on and on about the DK II. So I thank him for the comments on my baby and he says, pointing to the guy driving "I had him turn us around just so I could get a look at that thing!"

Hey, am I the only one who gets jealous comments? I often get comments like "nice car, but the Shelby is gonna be awesome!". Yesterday I even had a couple punks in an Eclipse GS tell me they saw a BOSS at a local dealership. I've gone to that dealership, they don't have S**T. They had several V6s and maybe 1 GT on the lot. It was probably some tricked out wannabe.

Hubby and I were in my GT the other day(I was driving) and was stopped at a light behind a jeep. The girl driving noticed my car behind her and told her boyfriend sitting in the front seat. He immediately looks out the window, can't see us, so he turns around to see us out the back window. Don't think he got a good look until we got up beside him and I goosed it!! We had a good laugh...hope b/f didn't break his neck with that quick head turn!
Just yesterday, I was driving on a 4 lane, had my windows down, and a group of about 3-4 young guys passed me in their older model Stang vert and just hollered, "HEY!!". Made my day!!
Passed a MG V-6 yesterday and she waved and I waved back!
The one day I don't drive my Stang, I saw every year Stang in town!!
