Congratulations

Looking good. I find it fairly amusing that you have your car in 3 months and you are in Europe yet those of us here in states are lucky if we even get serialized in that amount of time.

/sarcasm THANK YOU FORD!! /sarcasm

Hey Louie. Congrats on the arrival of your new ride.

Great to see that more Mustangs are getting to Europe.

It would be interesting to hear about the reactions to your Mustang from others over there. Keep us posted. Thanks.

Speaking of reactions: apart from the honking, the waves and the thumbs-up, today I was at a traffic light and a guy walking alongside stopped, came over and asked: "Sir, is this a Ferrari?"

Also, yesterday I was challenged to a race (my first in the Mustang) while waiting at a traffic light. The other guy was driving a Subaru Impreza WRX, but I declined the "offer" since there was a police car just behind me (I guess he either didn't see it, or he didn't care). Nevertheless, I'm 100% confident I would have left him looking at my taillights in 5 seconds

Anyway, thank you all guys for the congrats (and the bananas)!

My mistake: I waited 5 months (not 3). The car was imported through a Canadian dealer; when I picked the car up I noticed that the speedometer has the large digits for km/h and the small ones for mph, and there are some other documents and stickers in English & French.

Thanks, I only wish we had more sunny days here. Even though I live 5 minutes from the beach, I can't fully enjoy it because it rains daily from October till March, then at least once a week in summer. And the temperatures are barely high enough to drive with the windows down, let alone in a convertible...

On another topic, this weekend I'm driving to Germany to test it on the Autobahn (no speed limits, I can't wait !!! :drive: ).

I'll keep you guys posted on how it went when I get back.
